Once automatic billing is set up you will be routed to sign the contract using online signature.

The Basic call answering service is only $1 this includes us answering the call, then sending you the update/job info.

Do i need to pay for every call?

Yes, because we want to be fair for everyone, if you have 2 daily calls or 200 we decided to work on a per call basis, It is very rare that we miss calls, and if we do miss a call we call back right away with in minutes.

We try to keep service as cheap as possible and provide better service where it matters, while still covering our bills and make a small profit so we do NOT hire someone to go over call by call and mark them for “invalid/review” or if  pay for the call is due or not, however you do have the option to mark anything you may want to in the reports we send out to you.

Therefore we would need to charge for every single call that comes in unless it is marked by you for review.

If a customer calls back more than once do i still pay for only one call?

No, Every time we answer the phone or try to call the customer back it costs us labor and air time on the phone, as well as other expenses

And for that reason we bill for every time that customer calls in but NOT for the times we call the customer, so it evens out.

How will I get my messages/job info:

We will send you all the relevant job information via SMS and/or email

Will I receive my own dedicated telephone number?

Yes. You will either receive your own telephone number that can be forwarded to from your existing lines or used as your main number.

Can we operate only after hours?

We have agents available to take your call 24/7. You can decide when to send us calls.

Is there a set up cost?

There is a $25 usd one time set up fee. The first line is free any additional number is $6 usd a month

How quickly can I get set up?

Once you have completed the Online Signup Form and contract, you can set up your service in approximately up to 48 hours, We do are very best to get it set up same day..

Are the calls recorded?

Yes, most calls are recorded, all customer incoming calls are recorded and will be provided upon per call request.

Can I use call masking?

Call masking is available for a small fee, and recordings between tech and customer are available per request basis.,

Note: with full service our dispatchers listen to those recordings randomly looking out for “stolen jobs” or anything “fishy”

Can you answer for other services outside of locksmith?

Yes, we have done other industries in the past, such as garage doors, wood working and more, however the majority of our experience comes from locksmith.

What does the basic dispatch package include ?

The basic pack is a “answering service” meaning we answer your calls and send you the info from that call, as a courtesy our friendly dispatcher will most likely follow up with you if you fail to respond with a “k” acknowledging the job.

What upgrade options are available?

We can offer two levels of upgrades beyond our basic call answering service for service providers such as:

1  Call masking:

We will provide your techs an extension to dial in order to reach the customer, the call will be recorded between the tech and the customer and is available upon request.

2  Full Service Dispatch Services:
  • We will follow up on jobs, even if the tech left empty handed or with a service fee, we will be in contact with your techs and the customer to try and close the job, even 2 weeks down the line.
  • We will set up appointments and remind you about them 1 hour before the job time.
  • Call Masking – We will record and listen to the calls between the customer and the tech and notify you of anything suspicious
  • We will help close prices with the customers
  • We will ask for closing on the jobs and send you weekly reports
  • Customer updates we will have the customer calls for updates routed back to us to keep your techs hands as free as possible to do the work.

Can I review my calls?

Yes!. as of now we are uploading the calls every few days to a joint google drive folder where you can go over and note anything you wish, such as tips and concerns on how to handle you call, what was good what was bad, and calls you dont think you should pay for, then let us know you have done updating the file and we will look over it.

We are working on a system that will give you 24/7 access to recording and to call list allowing you to mark calls for reviews online in a more user friendly dashboard.
