Town and Country, Missouri is a suburban community with an estimated population of 8,611. There are five different communities in Town and Country, each with its own unique features. The community is located in the northwest portion of St. Louis County in St. Clair County. More can be found here.

The first community to be developed was the City Village Community in 1985. This community was the first in the area and has become an important part of the community. The Town and Country homes in this community offer a more rural lifestyle and the only shops that are found here are on the main street. The communities are comprised of homes on lots that are individually owned. Some of the lots have multiple houses on them while other lots have only one house or home. Town and Country have a few shopping areas which include the Town and Country Center, Town and Country Mall, The Shoppes at Town and Country Center, and Town and Country Market. The City Village Mall is the largest shopping mall in the area and features retail stores like Macy’s, JC Penny, and Sears. The Town and Country Center are the second-largest shopping center in the area and is the site of several major sporting events. The Shoppes at Town and Country Center features restaurants like Subway, Applebee’s, and The Blue Moon Diner. The Town and Country Market feature a variety of groceries, clothing, and other grocery items. The Town and Country Club are the third-largest golf club in the area. Town and Country boast a very high crime rate and is considered a medium-crime area.
